In this video, I will attempt to debunk some common myths of whats going on numbers wise with the Corona Virus with some factual evidence. These numbers are readily available on the internet within trusted sites. During this pandemic, we have witnessed truly life altering changes in the way we wake up and live each day but also in the way we work. During COVID-19, the real estate market has not done much of anything……….but stay steady. I will explain that in this video. It is a chance to lower anxiety levels of everyone who watches. Those who are worried about numbers, both regarding the virus and real estate transactions. Buyers and sellers have been a little reluctant to move forward.
